Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
During peak seasons, restocks, or holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays in Alberta and Canada)

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
​
We currently ship through Canada Post and other major carriers depending on destination and real-time shipping rates.
Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

Canada (Local – Alberta): 2–5 business days

Canada (Outside Alberta): 3–10 business days

USA: 5–14 business days

International: 10–28 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Free or discounted shipping promotions will be clearly displayed when available.

Order Tracking
​
If your shipping method includes tracking, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Some small or international packages may not include tracking depending on carrier options.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Grain & Grit Apparel is not responsible for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

Damage caused in transit

If an issue occurs, we will gladly help you initiate a carrier investigation, but replacements/refunds for carrier errors are not guaranteed.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

The customer is responsible for additional reshipment fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Contact us immediately if you notice an error — we may be able to correct it before the order ships.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

International customers (outside Canada) are responsible for any:

Carrier handling fees

These charges are not included in our prices and are determined by your country’s customs regulations.
We cannot mark packages as “gift” or falsify customs documents.
